You can also store and ship your products with Wayo. Our on-the-ground team can put together curated kits to send to individual recipients, or arrange bulk shipments to event venues, offices, and other single destinations.

How do I order a fully custom product?
Fully custom projects allow you to create products that don’t exist in a catalog, from sourcing unique materials and packaging to completely custom designs.
Nory will guide you through the fully custom sourcing process. Here’s what to expect:
- Submit your request
Log in to the Wayo platform and start a custom project by chatting with Nory. You can upload references, describe your product, or chat with Nory to generate ideas and mockups. - Review your quote
After submitting your project, you’ll receive a detailed quote within 1-2 business days. - Place your custom sample order (Optional but recommended)
Once you’ve reviewed your quote, you can order a custom sample. This is your opportunity to approve the final appearance of your item before production. - Approve custom sample (Optional but recommended)
Once your sample arrives, you can request changes or approve it for production. - Place your production order
Choose your quantity and place your production order. Once we receive payment, production will begin. - Track production and delivery
We handle production, quality control, and shipping. You can track project updates directly in your dashboard.
