What does Wayo on-site support include?
At select conferences, we can deliver your boxes directly to your booth on setup day, remove empty boxes, and return on breakdown day for leftover merch pickup.

How much does direct-to-booth delivery cost?
Wayo charges between $10-$50 per box. The cost depends on the weight of the box. We’ll share an exact quote after we get the necessary details.
What happens to leftover merch after the event?
You can take leftovers with you, ship them back to your office or to a Wayo warehouse if you’re using our storage service.
For an additional fee, we can pickup leftover merch on breakdown day.
What if my event isn’t listed?
We’re actively expanding our on-site event coverage and adding more conferences over time.
If you don’t see your event listed, feel free to reach out and we can see whether support may be possible. We can’t guarantee availability yet, but we’re happy to take a look at your request.
